Draft: XFCE Fixes

This branch addresses several deficiencies in XFCE packaging:

  • dbus-x11 is required by xfce4-session to run correctly.
  • XFCE theming was previously nonexistent. Now it exists.
  • libadwaita exists.
  • adw-gtk3 exists.

Next steps:

  • adwaita-xfwm4
  • Wiring all this in to XFCE.
