Bootstrap from 1.60 to 1.80 inclusive.
Includes beta patches for 1.81, to ease updates later!
Updates Clang to use LLVM 18, needed for some of the other Rust packages.
Updates cbindgen.

WIP:

Update Zola and bring back.
Update Firefox and Thunderbird.
Update ripgrep and gleam.
