Bump netfilter packages
@aranea dropped maintainership of these two a while ago, so I'll take over. Build tested on aarch64 and no further.
The nftables manual page generation is still broken due to asciidoctor, but hopefully asciidoc upstream might release a Python 3 version in the not-too-distant future.
