user/systemsettings: new admistrator-user is not added to the 'sudoers' list (KDE)
If a new user account is created from KDE preferences and the 'administrator' option is selected, the user is not automatically added to the sudoers list (trying to use sudo gives an error message about that). In other distros with the 'administrator' option a new user can normally use sudo automatically.
Test environment: Adelie 1.0-Beta5 and AmigaOne X5040. 'Sudo' command has been installed.
