ch_DE.UTF-8 ?

Hi, I'm wondering what the language ch_DE.UTF-8 should be that's included in this repository. I'm not aware of any Swiss language that's spoken in Germany (and my Google fu also doesn't reveal anything). This was originally added in https://github.com/rilian-la-te/musl-locales/pull/2 without any comments where this comes from.
There is de_CH.UTF-8 which is Swiss German / German spoken in Switzerland, so I guess someone must have confused it?
