Configuration updates for BETA5

  • Factored all common live env configuration into a live-base installfile, to avoid duplication.
  • Add PulseAudio to default desktop configs for VLC, others.
  • Add live user to usb group for mounting USB media from the live env.
  • Install documentation on all ISO media.
