x86_64: include all_video.mod for UEFI video support

This should generally fix the "blind boot" issue that folks have been presenting in the support channel.

The resulting image was tested according to the following matrix:

We should consider applying the same change to pmmx. I don't have any pmmx machines on which to test UEFI, but I can make sure it doesn't introduce a regression on BIOS at least. Shiggs|Pi4 said that this works on pmmx EFI (!6 (merged)).
