Specifying manual IPv6 configuration results in error
Deploying the latest beta5 image to Vultr using noVNC, with manual network configuration, resulted in the following log output:

It looks like the format for IPv6 network keys changed and we never actually tried manual v6 configuration since. Whoops! This should be a fairly simple fix.
