Pull ARM SoC defconfig updates from Arnd Bergmann:
 "As usual, the arm32 and arm64 defconfig files get changed to account
  for added device drivers that can now be used.

  The files are also refreshed to reflect the more recent Kconfig
  changes that are going into v6.8"
