## Description
As discussed on IRC. Just need to change Exec= to ck-launch-session mate-session in the SDDM session file, and add consolekit2 to the package depends (it's already pulled in from lower in the dep tree, but better to be explicit).
The session file should probably be moved from mate-desktop to mate-complete, and all the changes made there.

## Description
I noticed that the transport modules for Plan9 were enabled in easy-kernel, but not the actual Plan9 filesystem itself.
Please add to all supported architectures:
CONFIG_NET_9P_DEBUG=y
CONFIG_9P_FS=m
CONFIG_9P_FS_POSIX_ACL=y
CONFIG_9P_FS_SECURITY=y
The Plan9 filesystem and its virtio transport are useful for utilizing qemu shared folders, and will come in handy when I finish setting up local architecture-specific VMs for testing.
Thanks!

## Description
**Created [attachment 19](/uploads/eff26498be058dcc628b9d083b1519db/sddm.log)**
sddm.log
I got x11, mate-complete, xfce4-desktop and sddm installed.
After I select xfce4-session in sddm, select my user and enter the password I get this eror requester:
"Unable to contact settings server: failed to execute child process 'dbus-launch' (no such file or directory)"
After clicking the requester away sddm restarts itself. Basically the same happens with mate desktop environment selected in sddm.
dmesg also shows me a hit concerning xfce4:
[ 635.150025] xfce4-session[2311]: unhandled signal 11 at 00000018 nip 00536c0c lr 00529d60 code 1
Happens on my PowerMac G4 DP. Did not try it on other hardware yet.

## Description
From upstream [1]:
> This doesn't reproduce for me, at least not on objdump built by gcc
> and without the address sanitizer (which increases memory use).
> Incidentally, hitting an out of memory failure in objalloc_alloc is
> not a libiberty failure and so should not be reported to the gcc
> project.
>
> Also, out of memory failures triggered by user input are not that
> interesting. It is perfectly reasonable for objdump to return with
> "out of memory" on objects with silly sizes.

## Description
From upstream [1]:
> This is a different testcase and different out of memory condition to
> pr24233. Unlike pr24233 we report an out of memory error. I think
> that is perfectly good behaviour for user input with silly sizes, in

> While we could test for silly section sizes by comparing against file
> size, that doesn't work in all situations, eg. when section contents

## Description
When logging in from another machine (my Gentoo amd64 box) on my PowerMac G4 DP, the command prompt is correctly shown when I log in as user. As soon as I do an 'su' the prompt gets funky.
Looks like this:
$ ssh T600
Password:
ef on T600 ~ % ls
Desktop Documents Downloads Music Pictures Public Templates Videos
ef on T600 ~ % su
Password:
%n on %B%F{white}%m%f%b %~ %B%F{green}%#%f%b ls /home/ef/

## Description
> An exploitable code execution vulnerability exists in the quota file
> functionality of E2fsprogs 1.45.3. A specially crafted ext4 partition
> can cause an out-of-bounds write on the heap, resulting in code
> execution. An attacker can corrupt a partition to trigger this
> vulnerability.

## Description
> The Linux kernel for powerpc since v4.12 has a bug in it's TM handling
> where any user can read the FP/VMX registers of a difference user's
> process. Users of TM + FP/VMX can also experience corruption of their
> FP/VMX state. All 64-bit machines where TM is present are affected.
> This includes all POWER8 variants and POWER9 VMs under KVM or LPARs
> under PowerVM. POWER9 bare metal doesn't support TM and hence is not
> affected.
No backport to 4.14 yet https://www.linuxkernelcves.com/cves/CVE-2019-15030
