Need a way to perform DHCP on boot for live images

Live images need to attempt DHCP. However, they need to be sure to not fall back to IPv4LL if DHCP fails. We need to look at netifrc's documentation to see how to accomplish this, or perhaps write our own DHCP OpenRC service to handle this.

Fixing this would fix at least part of #325.
