Subject: [PATCH] netfilter: conntrack: add support for DCCP handshake sequence
 to ctnetlink

This patch adds CTA_PROTOINFO_DCCP_HANDSHAKE_SEQ that exposes
the u64 handshake sequence number to user-space.
